Coverage & enrollment — honest note Coverage depends on an accepted EEOICPA condition and physician medical necessity. HighTeck Electric is completing DOL vendor enrollment and is not a government agency. DOL rules apply: work must match the existing home quality (not a luxury upgrade), two licensed-contractor bids are required, and approval comes before work starts. We do not supply DME, oxygen, vehicles, or home-health services — those go through other DOL pathways.
